🛠︎ Project Showcase

Built, shipping, and in progress

A working list of projects at different stages: public engagement games, customizable platform work, and selective previews of larger systems. Where something is sensitive, this page stays focused on outcomes and direction instead of internals.

Featured Projects

🔮

Holoserpent

Status: Live demo

A next-generation tabletop snake game optimized for WebXR and high-end immersive headsets like Meta Quest 3. Players drop a holographic projection grid onto a real-world table or floor and steer a light-construct serpent in three dimensions.

  • Full spatial awareness via WebXR API framework
  • Selectable control methods (stick, tilt, aim) and perspective modes (Tabletop, Cockpit)
  • Integrated scoreboarding and user authentication layers for trade-show engagement

Tether

Status: Active build

A configurable tracking system for regulated assets, built out first around hospital biomedical equipment: locations, maintenance history, policies, and recalls in one place.

  • Asset records, maintenance history, and recall tracking in one view
  • Built to be reconfigured for other regulated-asset use cases down the line
  • Currently being narrowed to a tighter, more focused scope — implementation details stay private for now
Screenshot placeholder: customizable database and map UI preview coming later.
📑

FlowChart Editor

Status: Active build

Locally hosted flowchart tool that keeps code and visual editing in sync so diagrams can be adjusted as text, laid out visually, and used live with a client to map a process, explain program flow, or work through an idea together.

Current setup runs locally; planned web version will make it easier to use as an on-demand project demo and client communication tool.
🔬

PCB Mapper

Status: Active R&D

Windows desktop microscope mapping tool for printed circuit boards. The current path pairs a fixed camera with GRBL motion so a board can be scanned, stitched, reviewed, and exported as a clean map instead of a pile of disconnected images.

Desktop application Smart Scan workflow Calibration-aware stitching Repair and analysis support
Bench tool in progress for board documentation, repair review, and later training/export workflows, closer to a LightBurn-style local application than a browser app.

MotoShop CRM

Status: Built, not yet deployed

A full shop-management tool built for a motorcycle repair business: customers, vehicles, service history, a parts catalog with cost/markup tracking, and work orders that auto-generate itemized invoices — all local-first on a single file, no cloud dependency required.

Customer & vehicle records Work order → invoice pipeline Parts markup tracking
MotoShop CRM dashboard showing customer, vehicle, work order, and invoice counts MotoShop CRM customer detail view with vehicles and service history MotoShop CRM itemized invoice with labor and parts line items
Built and working end-to-end for a real repair shop's workflow. Not yet deployed for a live client — shown here with sample data.
